PVC WaterStop prevent the entry of water through the area of deformation and working joints of concrete structures.
They are most used in: treatment plants, reservoirs, canals, dams, swimming pools, tunnels, foundations or other types of concrete structures, where the penetration of water must be controlled or prevented.
- WaterStop for centrally located without compensator - type A
It is easily attached to the reinforcement by means of brackets that attach to the end fixing legs of the WaterStop.
- WaterStop for centrally located with compensator - type D
Used to absorb deformations in expansion joints. Placed in the center of the concrete element, it provides resistance to hydrostatic pressure on both sides. It is easily attached to the reinforcement by means of special fixing brackets.
- WaterStop for centrally located without compensator - type AE
It is used externally to insulate working joints. It can be fixed with nails to the formwork - when pouring walls, or directly to the underlying concrete (base), when pouring foundation slabs.
- WaterStop for outdoor use with compensator - type DE
They are used for waterproofing at expansion joints. They are attached directly to the formwork or to the underlying concrete.
